Welcome to Nass of Business. These Terms & Conditions govern the submission of stories to our platform. By submitting your story, you agree to the following terms. Nass of Business is operated from Spain and complies with applicable European Union regulations, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

1. Story Submission

By submitting your story to Nass of Business, you confirm that:

• The story is your own personal experience and is truthful to the best of your knowledge.
• You are at least 18 years of age or have parental/guardian consent to submit.
• The content does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights, privacy, or any other rights of third parties.
• The story does not contain defamatory, discriminatory, or unlawful content.

2. Content License & Rights

By submitting your story, you grant Nass of Business a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to:

• Publish, display, and distribute your story on our website and associated social media channels.
• Edit your story for clarity, grammar, length, and formatting while preserving its original meaning and essence.
• Use your submitted photograph alongside your story on the website and promotional materials.

You retain full ownership of your story. This license does not transfer your intellectual property rights to Nass of Business.

3. Editorial Discretion

Submission of a story does not guarantee publication. Nass of Business reserves the right to review, accept, or decline any submission at its sole discretion. We may also request additional information or revisions before publication. Our editorial team will contact you via the email address you provide if your story is selected.

4. Privacy & Data Protection (GDPR)

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 on Personal Data Protection, we inform you that:

• Data Controller: Nass of Business, based in Spain.
• Purpose: Your personal data (name, email, location, photograph, and story content) will be processed solely for the purpose of reviewing, editing, and potentially publishing your story on our platform.
• Legal Basis: Your explicit consent, provided by agreeing to these terms and submitting your story.
• Data Retention: Your data will be retained for as long as your story is published on the platform, or until you request its removal.
• Third Parties: Your personal information (email address, phone number) will never be shared with, sold to, or disclosed to third parties without your explicit consent.
• Your Rights: You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, and port your personal data. You may also withdraw your consent at any time.

5. Right to Removal

You may request the removal of your published story at any time by contacting us at [email protected]. Upon receiving your request, we will remove your story, photograph, and associated personal data from the website within 30 calendar days, in compliance with GDPR Article 17 (Right to Erasure).

6. Photo Usage

By submitting a photograph, you confirm that you own the rights to the image or have obtained the necessary permissions for its use. You grant Nass of Business permission to display the photograph on the website alongside your story and in related promotional materials on social media. The photograph will not be used for any commercial purpose beyond the scope of the Nass of Business platform.

7. Limitation of Liability

Nass of Business publishes stories in good faith as shared by the submitters. We do not verify the accuracy of every claim made in submitted stories. The views and opinions expressed in published stories are those of the individual authors and do not necessarily reflect the views of Nass of Business.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain and the European Union. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Spain.

9. Changes to These Terms

Nass of Business reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the submission form after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
