"No job title, no paycheck, no deadline is worth your health or your peace of mind. You can give everything to your work, but if you can't enjoy the life you're building, what's the point?"

It's hard to believe, but 19 years ago, if you had told me my career would take me from system rooms to boardrooms, across continents, and through some of the world's largest ICT companies, I would've laughed. I began my professional journey in the quiet world of system administration, surrounded by servers and silence. Over time, I transitioned into project management and later into sales and partnerships, working with global powerhouses such as TATA Consultancy Services, Convergys, and STC Group. Each phase brought its lessons, challenges, and moments that shaped who I am today.

I've been fortunate enough to work with truly inspiring people, those who have pushed me, supported me, and become lifelong friends. But I've also experienced the other side: colleagues who resisted every idea, missed deadlines, broke commitments, or simply vanished when needed most. Those situations tested me. But they taught me something vital: in the face of chaos, professionalism means staying calm, standing firm, and most importantly, not letting work stress bleed into your personal life.

That's something I take pride in. I've always tried to keep a clear line between work and home. No matter how intense the day has been, walking through the door to my family resets everything. They are my anchor, unwavering support, and the reason I keep going.

Over the years, I've realized something that I now live by: no job title, no paycheck, no deadline is worth your health or your peace of mind. You can give everything to your work, but if you can't enjoy the life you're building, what's the point? That's why I take my leave. I rest. I disconnect. And I encourage others to do the same.

One mindset has always guided me: small, consistent steps lead to big outcomes. Think about it, $1 a day adds up to $4,380 in a year. One hour a day becomes 8,760 hours. You don't have to be perfect! You just have to start. Once momentum kicks in, it carries you forward.

This is my story journey of resilience, self-awareness, and the ongoing commitment to protect what matters most.
